As most of our products are manufactured by order, we typically don’t offer refunds, returns, or exchanges. However, your satisfaction is very important to us, and we encourage you to reach out with any issues related to your order. All orders can be cancelled within the first 24-hours of the order being placed.

FAQ 

I ordered the wrong product, but it hasn’t shipped yet. Can I cancel my order?  

  • You may cancel the order within 24hours of receipt and a refund will be initiated. Past the 24-hour mark the order will be sent to production.

What if my product is damaged or defective when I receive it? 

  • Please reach out to us via email and we will work to replace the product for you. 

I ordered a product and received the wrong item/incorrect size. 

  • Please reach out to us via email and we will work to replace the product for you. 

I ordered the wrong size, can I exchange it for a different one? 

  • For our core merchandise line, we may be able to exchange the product for a different or similar product. You will be responsible for shipping costs to send the product back.
  • Items listed as “special edition” or “limited edition” will be ineligible for any exchanges.

I ordered a piece of clothing and I’m dissatisfied with the quality of it, can I return it? 

  • We encourage you to thoroughly read the descriptions of the items and contact us with questions before ordering. If you are dissatisfied with the quality of a purchased product please reach out to us via email.
